Top Single Strollers
There isn't a universal stroller. But you can find models that span the boundaries of full-size, joggers, and travel products.
The Colugo is easy to fold with one hand and has an adjustable strap for carrying at the back. This makes it easy to carry it around, or gate check it to determine if the overhead bins are empty.
TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is the ideal stroller for modern parents seeking versatility in a lightweight design. It folds with one hand, stands upright for storage and comes with plenty of compatible accessories--including a bassinet stand, baby snack tray, rain cover and wheeled travel bag (sold separately) to give you everything you need in a single stroller.
The most recent version of Nuna's most popular TAVO stroller has a variety of smart upgrades that improve both comfort and convenience. For starters, the TAVO Next is lighter than the previous model and features a the new fold-away axle that is compact and redesigned suspension. The 2021 TAVO comes with more storage and a footrest that can be adjusted to five positions and a leather accent on its arm bar.
Another big upgrade is the TAVO Next's intelligent, self-guiding magnetic buckle, which automatically locks into place and makes harnessing your child more convenient than ever before. This is a big selling point for parents as it can be hard to keep a child's limbs in a harness. The TAVO also has an oversized expandable Sky smart UPF 50+ canopy that provides a wide sun coverage, with multiple windows and venting, plus an all-season seat that pulls away to reveal breathable mesh when the temperatures heat up.
Finally, the TAVO Now is the first stroller in Nuna's PIPA series that can be transformed into a travel system with just one click--no adapters needed. Pair it with the Nuna Pipa Aire RX infant car seat to create a sleek, convenient and safe Travel System for any journey you're planning.
Baby Jogger City Select 2
The City Select 2 was released in the summer of 2021. It replaces the older City Select and City Select LUX strollers. It has 24 seating configurations and can even convert into a triple stroller by the addition of the glider board (second seat and car seat sold separately). The stroller is 20percent smaller and weighs slightly less than the previous models. It also comes with a fantastic selection of accessories including an abdominal bar (included with the Eco Collection version), second seat, handmuff and console for the parent.
Most of our parent testers liked the large storage basket that can fit a lot of gear. They also loved how easily the seats reclined and how there was plenty of legroom for both kids. The brake pedal is easy to access and is operated with one hand. The stroller is bigger and is more difficult to maneuver, but is worth it for parents who prefer spacious strollers.
Another feature we love is that the City Select 2 is compatible with Baby Jogger, Britax, Graco, Chicco and Maxi-Cosi infant car seats (adapters are available separately). This means you can choose to use one or two stroller for your child from birth until well into toddlerhood.
This stroller may not be the cheapest, but it's likely to be the only one you will ever require. If you are able to afford it, we believe it's worth the money. This is especially true when you consider the quality and durability of the build. The finish looks great and the fabric connections feel strong without appearing rumpled. The 5-point harness snaps easily together, offers a few adjustments options and is suitable for children of any size. The seat cover can be machine washed in cold water. The majority of testers found it easy to remove and replace.
Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
If you're looking for a dual stroller that is easy to carry and can fit into tight places it's the Delta Children LX Side by Side is a good choice. This stroller weighs 20 lbs and has seats that accommodate children up to 50 pounds each. The large canopy shields you from sun, wind and rain, while the seats recline for kids their comfort. The stroller is slightly shorter than other strollers in our tests. It can be opened to a 29-inch width that allows it to fit in standard 30-inch doorways.
The stroller was not rated highly for ease of use due to it being simple it doesn't have storage containers or a deep recline on the seats, and there's only a small cup holder for parents on the handlebars. It does have a 5-point harness with double-rethread buckles, which are easier to adjust than single-rethread buckles on the majority of other strollers.
In the course of test, we analyzed the ease of being able to turn around, fold, and move the strollers. Travel strollers typically have limited space in the car trunk, so folding and unfolding them is a must. Products that fold quickly and in a couple of steps scored better, as did those with automatic locks. Strollers that are upright when folded and can be used with a one-handed fold also scored well.
The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 was the easiest to turn and push. The Mountain Buggy Nano took a bit more effort, but did well in our tests. The new Delta Children LX side by side is extremely lightweight with a folding framework that's almost compact as some of best umbrella strollers. Its simple design and budget-friendly price make this a great option for parents seeking a travel jogger that is easy to carry, lift, and store.

Colugo
The Colugo stroller is a large stroller that can be folded down to a compact footprint. It's an excellent option for travel, and can be tucked away in the overhead bin. Its light design, compact folding and easy operation make it a great choice for families on-the-go.
The stroller comes with an arm strap and backpack for easy move from the car or stairs of the subway, as well as cup holders as well as a snack tray and a rain cover. This makes it an ideal option for parents who do not require a car seat but want the features of an extra-large stroller.
One-handed maneuverability is an added advantage as is the fact that the Colugo can be pushed side to side much more easily than the Yoyo. The Colugo also has a larger sunshade, and it can be reclined to nearly flat, which makes it a lot easier to nap in. The Colugo also has a few extras that the Yoyo does not, like a footrest for longer trips and an attached cool seat ($40) that helps avoid sweaty babies during hot days.
The Colugo is a relatively new business that was founded in 2017 after the founders realized that shopping for strollers was a hassle and frustrating. They wanted to create a stroller which was easy to use, and that would meet the demands of urban life. Their first stroller was the Colugo Compact Stroller, which they followed up on this year's complete version, designed specifically for families that do not require a car seat. The Colugo stroller is sold directly to the consumer and comes with a 100-day no-cost trial. This is a great chance to try out the stroller before committing. The price is a bit higher than the traditional strollers, but for what you get, the Colugo is well worth the cost.
